In the Housekeeping Assignment Log Report, you can view room assignment information including total credits assigned, total credits cleaned, and total cleaning time.
User Type & Roles:
To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.
The user must also have the following settings within Roles enable.
- Access to Reports tab.
- Access to View Reports.
Things to Consider:
- Time filter defaults to Today. Change the timeframe using the dropdown.
- This report is available to customers who have purchased Housekeeping only.

Summary:
| Total Credits Assigned | Sum of the credits assigned per room attendant. |
| Total Credits Cleaned | Sum of credits for clean and inspected rooms. |
| Total Time in Rooms | Sum of time in rooms. Calculates the time between the start status to vacant clean status and occupied clean status to vacant inspected status. |
Housekeeping Activity Log - Room List:
| Assigned To | Room attendant name. |
| Room | Room number/location. |
| Front Office Status | Status of the room as it appears in the PMS |
| Task | Type of clean |
| VIP Code | VIP code as it appears on the PMS |
| Start Date | The date and time that the status changed to a start status. |
| End Date | The date and time that the status changed to a clean/inspected status. |
| Time Spent | Calculates the time between the start date and end date as defined above. |
