The Concierge Report analyzes trends for tickets associated with the Concierge Facility.
User Type & Roles:
To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.
The user must also have the following settings within Roles enable.
- Access to Reports tab.
- Access to View Reports.
Things to Consider:
- Time filter defaults to Last 30 Days. Change the timeframe using the dropdown.
- This report is available to customers who have purchased Guest Messaging only.
- All pie and bar charts are available in a table format as well. Select the table icon in the corner of each panel to change view settings.
Terms & Definitions:
| Daily Ticket Count by User | Number of Concierge Facility tickets created by each user each day. |
| Popular Request Types | Total number of Concierge Facility tickets per Service. |
| Daily Ticket Count | Total number of Concierge Facility tickets created each day. |
| Top 10 Restaurants | Top 10 most common restaurant vendors added to tickets. |
| Top 10 Activity Vendors | Top 10 most common activity vendors added to tickets. |
| Tickets per Vendor | Percent of total Concierge Facility tickets per vendor. |
