Track status changes made to each room in the Housekeeping Audit Log report. View when the room was moved to a different status and who made the change.
User Type & Roles:
To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.
The user must also have the following settings within Roles enable.
- Access to Reports tab.
- Access to View Reports.
Things to Consider:
- Time filter defaults to Today. Change the timeframe using the dropdown.
- This report is available to customers who have purchased Housekeeping only.
Terms & Definitions:
| ALICE Ticket ID | Housekeeping Ticket’s unique ALICE identifier. Please provide this number when reporting a product challenge to support. |
| Assigned To | Name of Room Attendant who was assigned the Housekeeping ticket. |
| Room | Room number or location associated with the Housekeeping ticket. |
| Original Room Status | Lists the status of the ticket prior to change. |
| Start Date & Time | Date and time that the ticket was initially placed into the Original Room Status. |
| Updated Room Status | Lists the status of the ticket after the change. |
| Updated Status Date & Time | Date and time that the ticket was placed into the Updated Room Status. |
| User Who Moved Status | Name of the user who took action on the ticket to change the status. If the change is made by an update from the PMS, Null will be listed in this column. |
