The Checklist Report provides summaries of data from checklists across any Facility/Service.
User Type & Roles:
To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.
The user must also have the following settings within Roles enable.
- Access to Reports tab.
- Access to View Reports.
Things to Consider:
- Time filter defaults to Last 30 Days. Change the timeframe using the dropdown.
- This report is available to customers who have purchased Service Delivery, Housekeeping, and Preventative Maintenance only.
Terms & Definitions:
| Checklist Completion | Individual ticket information including facility, service, due date and workflow status. Checklist item details display a summary of passed, failed, and skipped steps/items. |
| Checklist Outcomes | Summary of individual checklists to show trends passed, failed, or skipped steps/items. |
| Checklist Exceptions | Failed checklist steps/items and associated comments. |
| Checklist Report - Count Associated Tickets Created | Number of Associated Tickets created from a checklist ticket. |
| Top Associated Tickets by Item | Number of Associated Tickets with an Item named. |
| List of Associated Tickets and their Checklists | Ticket details of the Associated Tickets counted above. |
