Advanced Filters allow you to manipulate data views on the Tickets, Guests, or Logbooks tabs to create ad-hoc reports. Use this workflow to isolate specific data points and export them to CSV without waiting for a formal custom report request.
Before you begin...
• Requires Employee User Type access or higher.
• Must have Access to the specific tab (e.g., Ticket List, Guests) enabled in Roles.
• Must have Access to View Facilities associated with the filter criteria.
The Steps
1. Navigate to the tab you wish to report on (e.g., Tickets).
2. Locate the Advanced Filters (often labeled as +Filters) in the header or adjacent to the search bar.
3. Enter the specific criteria for your report. Options include:
◦ Date Range: Created On, Due Date, or Closed Date.
◦ Status: Open, Closed, or specific workflow states.
◦ Users: Created By, Assigned To, or Completed By.
◦ Ticket Details: Service, Department, or Guest Name.
4. Click Search to apply the filters. The list view will update to show only matching records.
5. Click the Download Icon (cloud/arrow symbol) in the list header.
6. The data will export immediately as a .csv file for use in Excel. A CSV file containing the filtered data is downloaded to your device.
Troubleshooting
• If you perform this search often, create a Saved Filter to access it quickly in the future.
• If the Advanced Filters do not provide the necessary data, you can request a Custom Report from support (approximately 4-week lead time).
