AL: Housekeeping Room Inspections Log Report

The Housekeeping Room Inspections Log Report provides housekeeping inspections data for rooms with an Inspected workflow status applied. 
 

User Type & Roles:

To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.

The user must also have the following settings within Roles enable.

• Access to Reports tab.
• Access to View Reports.

Things to Consider:

• Time filter defaults to Today. Change the timeframe using the dropdown.
• This report is available to customers who have purchased Housekeeping only.

Terms & Definitions:

 

Housekeeping - Supervisor Summary 2.0	The supervisors and room attendants assigned to rooms serviced. Get details on the time and date the room was inspected.
Count of Inspected Rooms per Inspector/Supervisor	The number of rooms inspected by each inspector/supervisor name.
Inspection Checklist Summary	The weighted score of each inspection checklist completed. Weighted scores are calculated based on the equation: (Passed Items) ÷ (Passed Items + Failed Items) = %Score Skipped items (blank or N/A) are not included in the score.
Average Room Attendant Inspection Checklist Score	The representative weighted score of the room attendant’s inspection checklists.
Average Room Attendant Inspection Score by Room Type	The representative weighted score of the room attendant’s inspection checklists organized by Room Type.
Housekeeping - Inspections - Team Failures	View a graph of inspection items that have failed across the team.
Count of Failures per Room Attendant	View a list of inspection items that have failed per room attendant.
