AL: Housekeeping Rushed Rooms Report

The Housekeeping Rushed Rooms Report provides metrics around rushed rooms including number and percent of rooms rushed and cleaning time associated with rushed rooms.  
 

User Type & Roles:

To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.

The user must also have the following settings within Roles enable.

• Access to Reports tab.
• Access to View Reports.

Things to Consider:

• Time filter defaults to Today. Change the timeframe using the dropdown.
• This report is available to customers who have purchased Housekeeping only.

Terms & Definitions:

 

# of Rushed Rooms	Total number of rushed rooms
# of Rooms Assigned	Total number of rooms assigned.
% of Rooms Rushed	Percent of rooms rushed, calculated as # of rushed rooms ÷ # of rooms assigned.
Rushed Rooms- # of Rushed Rooms per Day	View a graph displaying the number of rushed rooms per day.
Rushed Rooms - Rooms Breakdown	View the details associated with rushed rooms including cleaning start time, end time, and total cleaning time per room. Cleaning start and cleaning end time are counted when workflow states are updated.
