The Context The more information you put into Alice, the more data you can pull out. Use default reports to view data of your day-to-day operations. Each report displays a collection of panels that will break down property-specific data. The default reports available to your property are dependent upon the specific products you have purchased.
Before you begin...
- Must have access to the Reports tab and access to View Reports enabled within your Roles.
- Workflow statuses serve as a reference to measure the property’s response, labor, and resolution times. It is critical for staff to update ticket statuses in real time to give a true overview of their performance.
- Some reports are updated in real-time, while others update once a day.
- Custom reports are available for a fee (contact support@actabl.com to request a custom report).
The Data: Default Reports by Product
- Service Delivery: Amenity Report, Employee User Metrics, Guest Information Report, Maintenance (Engineering) and Housekeeping Report, Service Optimization - Snapshot Report by Create Date, Service Optimization - Snapshot Report by Due Date, Summarized Ticket List with Internal Notes, Weekly Overview, Checklist Report.
- Guest Services: Amenity Report, Concierge Report, Employee User Metrics, Guest Information Report, Summarized Ticket List with Internal Notes, Vendor Report, Weekly Overview.
- Guest Messaging: Guest Information Report, Broadcast History, SMS Report, SMS Transcript Report.

The Steps: Running & Filtering Reports
- Select Report from the drop-down menu on the home screen.
- Select the specific report from the drop-down list in the top-left.
- Select a date range using the second drop-down list.
- (Optional) To apply a custom date/time range, click the Advanced Filters drop-down list. Set your Date Range, then set your Time Range, and click Apply.
- (Optional) To export data to an Excel sheet, click the download icon in the upper right-hand corner of each panel.
Limits & System Logic
- Row Limit: Alice will show a maximum of 500 rows for each report on the screen. You must download the report to view all of your data.
