The QR Codes Linked Report provides information about what equipment assets are linked to a QR code. Use this report to track a property’s progress during the deployment process to quickly identify any equipment that has yet to be linked.
User Type & Roles:
To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.
The user must also have the following settings within Roles enable.
- Access to Reports tab.
- Access to View Reports.
Things to Consider:
- Time filter defaults to All Time. Change the timeframe using the dropdown.
- This report is available to customers who have purchased Preventative Maintenance only.
Terms & Definitions:
| Property | Property where the equipment is located |
| Inventory Name | Type of inventory (set up in Admin within the Inventory section in the Equipment Facility) |
| Inventory Item ID | This is an ALICE-assigned numerical identifier associated with the equipment name. Please provide this information to submit support cases related to equipment. |
| Equipment | Equipment name (Set up in Admin within the Inventory section) |
| QR Code | Link status- displays Not Linked or the link location. |
