AL: SMS Transcript Report

View a preview of SMS messages sent and received in the SMS Transcript Report.
 

User Type & Roles:

To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.

The user must also have the following settings within Roles enable.

• Access to Reports tab.
• Access to View Reports.

Things to Consider:

• Time filter defaults to Yesterday. Change the timeframe using the dropdown.
• This report is available to customers who have purchased Guest Messaging only.

Terms & Definitions:

 

Date	Date of the SMS message
Time	Time the SMS message was sent (24:00)
Author	SMS message sender. If the sender was a guest it will be noted in this column as such.
Phone	Contact number associated with the guest reservation.
Room	Room number associated with the guest reservation.
Message Text	Preview of the SMS message.
