User Type & Roles

To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.

The user must also have the following settings within Roles enable.

• Access to Reports tab.
• Access to View Reports.

Things to Consider:

• Time filter defaults to Last 30 Days. Change the timeframe using the dropdown.
• This report is available to customers who have purchased Preventative Maintenance and Housekeeping only.

Terms & Definitions:

 

Engineering - Top 20 Guest Requests	Lists the 20 most commonly selected services for Guest Request tickets under the Engineering Facility.
Housekeeping - Top 20 Guest Requests	Lists the 20 most commonly selected services for Guest Request tickets under the Housekeeping Facility.
Housekeeping - Top 20 Internal Requests	Lists the 20 most commonly selected services for Internal Request tickets under the Housekeeping Facility.
Engineering - Top 20 Internal Requests	Lists the 20 most commonly selected services for Internal Request tickets under the Engineering Facility.
Fix/Repair Report - Top 20 Most Requested Items	Lists the 20 most commonly selected items within a Fix or Repair service in the Maintenance Facility.
Engineering Location Trends	See trends in Engineering/Maintenance tickets by location. Lists the total number of Engineering/Maintenance tickets created by location, service, and task (item selected) in descending order.
Engineering Location Trends Summary	Lists each individual ticket that is contributing to the Engineering Location Trends above Associated Ticket Column notes whether or not the ticket was associated with a guest request.
Clean Report - Top 20 Most Requested Items	Lists the 20 most commonly selected items within the Clean service in the Housekeeping Facility.
Deliver Report - Top 20 Most Requested Items	Lists the 20 most commonly selected items within the Deliver service in the Housekeeping Facility.
Engineering “Other” Item Report	List of Engineering tickets where Other was selected as an Item.
Housekeeping “Other” Item Report	List of Housekeeping tickets where Other was selected as an Item.
