AL: How To Switch to Another Property or Group

The Hook Use this workflow to navigate between different individual properties or property groups within your organization's portfolio.

 

Before you begin...

• Requires at least Employee User Type access.

• Must have a group-level Role applied to access other properties within the group.

 

The Steps

1. Click the property logo in the upper left-hand corner of Alice.

2. Select either Single Property to navigate to another individual account, or Property Group to navigate to another portfolio, brand, or group.

3. Type the name of the single property or property group and select the desired account from the dropdown.

4. Click Change to be redirected to the account.

 

The Result Success: You will be immediately redirected to the dashboard of the selected property or property group.

 

Troubleshooting

• Note: Hotel User Admins and Hotel Admins can also switch to another property or group directly from Alice Admin by selecting the property name/logo from the Alice Admin menu.

• Note: If you cannot access multiple properties, verify with an Admin that a group-level Role has been applied to your user profile rather than an individual property-level Role.
