The Hook Use this workflow to remove access from users who no longer require access to your Alice account without deleting their historical user instance.
Before you begin...
- Requires at least Hotel User Admin User Type access.
- If you would like an Alice user account to be permanently deleted, please have an administrator contact Alice support (support@actabl.com) and request that the account be deleted.
The Steps
- Select one or more users from the user list.
- Click Manage Status.
- Uncheck the Active checkbox to deactivate the user.
- Click Apply to save the change.
The Result Success: The user will be deactivated and will immediately lose access to the platform.
Troubleshooting
- Note: Deactivated users will receive an error message for an incorrect password upon every login attempt.
- Note: Deactivated users can easily be re-activated using the same steps outlined above and re-checking the active box. To quickly search for deactivated users, select Deactivated from the Status filter dropdown.
