An itinerary compiles a list of tickets and activities associated with a reservation. Use this workflow to generate a schedule for guests and share it via email or print.
Before you begin...
• Requires Employee User Type access.
• Must have Access to Ticket List and View Tickets permissions.
• A property can only have one itinerary template configured at a time.
Creating and Sending Itineraries
1. Open a ticket associated with a guest or navigate to the guest's profile in the Guests tab.
2. Click on Itineraries (or + in the itinerary section). Select +New Itinerary from the Itinerary dropdown menu.
3. Enter a Name for the itinerary.
4. In the Guest field, add additional reservation names if the itinerary applies to multiple rooms.
5. Select the checkboxes next to the Tickets you wish to include.
6. Modify the Introduction or Closing message by utilizing the Edit Message tab.
7. Select an action at the bottom:
◦ Save: Stores the itinerary in Alice.
◦ Email: Opens a window to send directly to the guest.
◦ Print/PDF: Generates a document to print or save locally. The itinerary is saved to the guest profile and/or sent to the guest.
Troubleshooting
• The body format of the itinerary is fixed; only the intro and closing text can be customized without a support request.
• When emailing, the "From" address defaults to the email set in Hotel Info, or the user's profile email if available.
