Welcome to ALICE - Actabl's industry leading hotel operations platform. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring all guest rooms meet the hightest standards.

Now that you have reviewed the Getting Started Course, as a Housekeeping Supervisor, managing a positive guest experience from the housekeeping stance is crucial. You will use ALICE to perform the following key tasks:

• Create Room Boards for AM/PM Turndowns
• Keep track of Room Inspections
• Educate your Housekeeping Team on how to perform their daily tasks within the ALICE Mobile App.

To get started using ALICE as a Housekeeping Supervisor, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the following features and knowledge base articles: 

1. Create Room Boards for AM/ PM Turndowns: For setting your Housekeeping Employees up for success, you will need to build Room Boards under the Rooms Tab each day. 
   
   
   Learn how to view, create, and assign Room Boards by watching this short video.
    
    
2. Keep track of Room Inspections: As housekeepers update a status of a room for inspection, the Housekeeping Supervisor will be notified using their desktop or their mobile device.  You can also use the Housekeeping Room Inspections Log Report to keep track of your room attendant's progress.

3. Educate the Housekeeping Team on ALICE Mobile App: Now it is time to empower your housekeeping to utilize the ALICE Mobile App to complete their daily items from updating a room status to creating maintenance tickets.
