To access a property group from ALICE Admin, select the logo icon, then toggle the property explorer to Property Groups. Use the dropdown to select a group.
To access a property group from a tab, select the logo icon, then toggle the property explorer to Property Groups. Use the dropdown to select a group. Groups can exist within other groups.
3. Click Hotel Preview and select the checkboxes to add the individual properties to the table.
4. Click the + icon to expand the department Facilities and view the nested Services and Service Options.
Review the table to see how the Facilities, Services, and Service Options are applied to the individual properties within the Property Group.
- Green Check - Applied to all properties within the group.
- Blue Check - Applied to some properties within the group.
- Red X - Not applied to any properties in the group.
5. Click Edit in line with the Service or Service Option to be added or removed from an individual property.
6. Use the checkboxes to add or remove the Service or Service Option from the individual property.
7. Click Done to apply the changes.
