The Hook Use this workflow to customize the branding, appearance, welcome message, and custom URL for your property's digital itineraries.
Before you begin...
• Requires Hotel Admin User Type access.
The Steps
1. Navigate to the Admin page and select the Digital Itinerary menu
2. Under Branding and Appearance, upload images for the header background and your hotel's logo.
3. Choose your accent colors using the color picker or a specific hex code, and select your font styles
4. Under Welcome Message, customize the Salutation and write the main Body of the message.
5. Under Custom URL, enter your property's name or group name to customize a portion of the link so guests can easily recognize it.
6. Click Save to apply your changes
The Result Success: The live preview on the right side of the screen will reflect your new settings in real time.
Troubleshooting
• Note: Unlike static PDF or paper itineraries, digital itineraries automatically update whenever an activity is added, edited, or removed, so they never need to be reprinted or resent.
