Use this workflow to request custom-built itineraries, confirmation letters, ticket printouts, or reports from the Actabl support team.
Before you begin...
- Applies to: Hotel Admins.
- There may be an additional fee associated with custom work. Fees are assessed by the support team at the time of the request.
- Note: Please review the Custom Work Definitions & Limits Reference below to understand formatting constraints and lead times before submitting your request.
The Steps to Request Custom Itinerary:
- Open a support ticket by sending an email to support@actabl.com.
- Include the following information:
- Your Name
- Your Property Name
- A complete list of properties where this custom itinerary should appear.
- Desired Introduction text (If applicable)
- Desired Closing text (If applicable)
- Desired Font Name
- Please expect a 2 week lead time.
The logo on the document is the logo associated with the hotel.
Steps to Request Custom Confirmation Letter:
- Open a support ticket by sending an email to support@actabl.com.
- Include the following information:
- Your Name
- Your Property Name
- A complete list of properties where this custom confirmation letter should appear.
- Attach a sample of a brand standard confirmation letter. Mark up any areas that should be coded to auto-fill from ticket information.
- Please expect a 2-3 week lead time.

Steps to Request Ticket Print Out:
- Open a support ticket by sending an email to support@actabl.com.
- Include the following information:
- Your Name
- Your Property Name
- A complete list of properties where this ticket print out should appear.
- Please expect a 2 week lead time.

Steps to Request Custom Report:
- To request a custom report, open a support request by emailing support@actabl.com.
- The information that the team will need to fulfill your request will be unique to the type of report. Please provide a general summary of what the report should cover.
- Please expect a 4 week lead time.
The Result Success: The support team will receive your request, assess any applicable fees, and begin building the custom work.
