The Hook
Use this workflow to update the property logo in Alice Admin so it appears correctly in the upper left-hand corner of Alice Desktop (web), printed itineraries, and confirmation letters.
Before you begin...
• Requires Hotel Admin User Type access.
• The image file must be saved as a .png or .jpeg format.
• For best results, use images with a 96 dpi resolution.
The Steps
1. Navigate to Alice Admin and select Update Hotel Info.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the existing logo Image
3. Click Choose File to open your file explorer and locate the updated logo.
4. Select the logo, then click Open to upload.
5. Click Update at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
The Result Success: The new property logo will successfully appear on the desktop interface, printed itineraries, and confirmation letters
