The Hook Use this workflow to update the status of inventory items in bulk. This is especially useful for Lost and Found or Package Logbooks when multiple items have been returned to guests at once.
Before you begin...
- Requires at least Employee User Type access.
- Must have access to the Ticket List and Logbooks tabs enabled within your Roles.
- Must have access to View and Close Tickets enabled within your Roles.
The Steps
- Use the search bar or filters to narrow the list to those Inventory Items that need to be closed.
- Select the Signature icon.
- Select the Inventory Items that should be marked as Closed.
- Select Close Selected Packages.
