AL: Enable or Disable the Inventory Loader

The Hook Use this workflow to enable or disable the Inventory Loader to bulk add and edit inventory items in a Logbook. This feature is primarily used to upload an equipment asset list for Preventative Maintenance.

 

Prerequisites Before you begin:

• Requires Hotel Admin User Type access.

 

The Steps

 Access Alice Admin by selecting your initials in the upper right-hand corner.

1. Select the Facility where the Logbook (Inventory) is configured from the Alice Admin menu.

 

2. Select the checkbox to enable or disable the Inventory Loader.

 

3. Click Update to save the changes.

The Result Success: The Inventory Loader is successfully enabled or disabled for the selected Facility's Logbook.

Troubleshooting

• Note: If you are unable to access Alice Admin, contact a Hotel Admin on your property to review your user type and permissions.
