The Hook Use this workflow to draft a message and set a future date and time to send it, achieving more flexibility around communication with guests and ensuring follow-ups no matter the time of day.
Before you begin...
- Requires at least Employee User Type access.
- Must have access to the SMS/Chat tab enabled within your Roles.
The Steps
- Select a guest, then enter the message.
- Click Schedule.
- Select a date from the calendar and a time.
- Click Schedule.
The Result Success: The draft will be added to the conversation in grey until it is sent on the established date and time.
Troubleshooting
- Note: To cancel a scheduled message, click Cancel under the scheduled message in the conversation.
