The Steps: Adding a Message Template
- Select Message Templates from the ALICE Admin menu.
- Click Add Message Template.
- Type a message title in the Message Template Name field.
- Select Hotel from the Message Template Scope dropdown.
- Select Guest Message from the Message Template Type dropdown.
- Enter the message content in the Message Template field.
- Leave the Is Default checkbox unselected.
- Click Save to add the SMS template.
The Steps: Editing a Message Template
- Select Message Templates from the ALICE Admin menu.
- Select a Message Template from the list to highlight it.
- Click Edit Message Template.
- Update the Message Template details as needed.
- Click Save to update the SMS template.
The Result Success: The new or updated message template will be saved to your account and available for use when sending messages to guests.
Troubleshooting
- Note: If you have trouble finding a specific template, expand the filter section by clicking +Filters and enter your search criteria.
- Note: If a message template is deleted in error and affects your reports, contact your Customer Success Manager or support@actabl.com for assistance.
