The Hook Whenever needed, use this workflow to block a number to stop all communication from a guest.
Before you begin...
- Requires at least Employee User Type access.
- Must have access to the SMS/Chat tab enabled within your Roles.
The Steps
- Select Block in the open conversation.
The Result Success: The existing conversation will remain in ALICE, but no further communication will be received and the message field will be greyed out.
Troubleshooting
- Note: Once a guest is blocked, any future messages from this number will not appear in the conversation view.
- Note: To undo these changes, select Unblock within the conversation to re-enable communication.
