Reminders help manage advance requests by adding another line item to the ticket list with independent date and status fields.
The Context
Location: These settings are found within the Reminders section at the bottom of a ticket.
The Data
Field Name | Definition |

Days Before | Select the number of days prior to the ticket due date the reminder should appear on the ticket list. A preview of that date will display. |
Date | Select a specific date for the reminder to appear on the ticket list. |
Description | Open text field for the reminder's action (e.g., "Book reservation"). |
Roll Over | Enabled by default. Determines if the reminder should roll over to the next day’s date if it has not been closed. |
Limits
- Open reminders on past dates will show as a red dot on the calendar view.
