Please find below details on the information required by ALICE to set up a reports based PMS connection.
Setup Requirements
ALICE will require a report to be emailed to our system on an automatic schedule at connect@pms.aliceapp.com or exported to us via SFTP. We recommend the Arrivals Report to be sent every 12 hours and the In House Report to be sent once per hour. Additionally, each report must be sent in its own email message. The emails must have the same unique subject line every time if using email. We recommend a naming convention of “Hotel Name - Report Type”.
The report can be either an XML or CSV file. Below are the fields we can accept.

Kindly note, we do not have knowledge of your PMS system and as such require that your property have a technical contact to create the reports. Please be sure to inform the ALICE Support team of any changes to the report in the future as they may disrupt the integration.
