Front Desk Agents and Concierge are the front-of-house all-stars. They are the front line managing the guest experience from pre-arrival to departure.
Front Desk and Concierge use ALICE to perform the following key tasks:
- Field guest feedback and requests
- Assist in planning and booking activities
- Vendor relationship management

User Type: Employee
Roles Settings:
- Access to Ticket List, Logbooks, Guests, SMS/Chat, and Local tabs
- Access to Tickets:
- Access to Add, View, Edit Tickets across most Facilities.
- Access to Manage OpenTable Reservations
- Access to Add, View, Edit and Contact Info in Guest Information
- Access to Add, View, Edit and Hotel Notes in Vendors/Contacts
- Access to Broadcast in Guest Messaging
