The ALICE Staff App is available for hotel staff who are always on the go. From Room Attendants to Maintenance teams, the ALICE Staff App puts the power of ALICE in your hands while you are on the move.
The ALICE Staff App is available on:

Basic Navigation of the ALICE Staff App:
1. Menu: All users can select hamburger icon to access the ALICE Staff App menu. From here, you can adjust app settings, change hotels, enable/disable push notifications, leave feedback for the Actabl Support Team and more.
2. Rooms tab: From the Rooms tab, you can view the status of your hotel's rooms. As a Room Attendant, select this tab to see the rooms assigned to you.
3. Staff tab:
For Room attendants, the Staff tab allows you to view the rooms assigned to the room attendants at your property.
For Housekeeping Supervisors/Managers, the Staff tab allows you to access the Supervisor Overview. From here, you can view a high-level overview of the progress of your Room Attendants. You will be able to view how many rushed or skipped rooms each room attendant has, the number of rooms inspected, and more.
4. Tickets tab: From the Tickets tab, you can create new tickets for maintenance or service requests and view the tickets assigned to you. This tab is especially useful for Room Attendants and Maintenance Personnel. To create a new ticket, simply select the Plus (+) icon and then enter the ticket details.
