• HOUSE-12337 Limited Beta: 
  • This feature is for Mandarin to have a new view for their RAs so they can view how much work they have in front of them for the day but they can’t edit the other rooms. This provides focus on the current room and keeps them on track without venturing off. They can only modify the room that they are working on. The My Day view will give them the overview they need so they can prepare for their cleans and track their progress. Mandarin asked for this sort of view and we delivered this design to them.

• HOUSE-12336 Limited Beta: 
  • This feature enhancement will give housekeeping managers the ability to adjust the credits of a room clean based upon the conditions of the room. This will be a benefit in case a very messy room is encountered that might take longer than standard to clean. This request was something Mandarin wanted to add to the system and we feel will benefit other clients.

  • ⚠️ This is a feature we’re validating with Belmond only and it is not ready to be sold or advertised.We’ve added a new configuration setting for Hotel Groups to connect ALICE to a hotel’s CRM:In Admin > Hotel Group Info, you will see a new field called Customer Relationship Management (CRM) URL. The URL will allow ALICE to display CRM content via iFrame, which will allow ALICE users to quickly reference CRM information without having to leave the ALICE tab. Please note this is still a work in progress.
