AL: Clean Sync (Hotel Effectiveness) Data Flow Reference

Clean Sync automates the transfer of housekeeping data from Alice to Hotel Effectiveness (HE) to calculate labor productivity. This integration eliminates manual data entry into HE's Housekeeping Gameday or Night Audit Entry systems.

Feature	Details
Data Direction	Alice → Hotel Effectiveness (One-way).
Frequency	Once per day (Nightly import).
Trigger	Automated API feed at the end of the day.

Data Point	Description
Employee	The user assigned to the room/task in Alice.
Date	The date the cleaning was recorded.
Clean Type	The specific housekeeping task (e.g., Stayover, Departure).
Number of Cleans	Total count of completed rooms per employee.

Requirement Type	Details
Clean Status Mapping	Alice clean statuses must be mapped to HE Clean Types in the Hotel Effectiveness platform.
Employee Mapping	Alice users must be mapped to HE employees. Any changes to staff in either system require an update to this mapping.

Limit	Description
No Lookback	Clean Sync runs once daily and does not override historical data. It does not re-push data if corrections are made after the daily post.
Included Statuses	Only rooms with specific statuses (Clean, Inspected) count towards productivity. Statuses like "Skip" or "Dirty" do not count towards clean counts.
