✨ The Alice Team Worked On:

Improved: Security & Notification Reliability

We have addressed regional notification delivery concerns, improving delivery reliability for affected properties. This is enabled on a per-property basis. As part of our ongoing security enhancements, we have also shortened session experience times, and permission changes now take effect on active sessions immediately. Users may notice the system prompts them to log in more frequently. This is expected behavior.

Bug Fixes

Guest Messaging

Reservation Status filters — Due In, Due Out, Checked Out, and Stay Over filters now appear correctly in Advanced Filters.
Unread message indicators — The unread badge and count now update in real time, without requiring a page refresh.
Multi-line messages — The return key now adds a line break instead of sending the message.
Restricted words — Configured restricted words are now highlighted and blocked as expected.

Mobile — Alice by Actabl App

Room status indicators — Out of Order and Out of Service rooms now show distinct indicators instead of appearing as Vacant/Clean.
Punch in/out indicator — The status indicator now updates immediately after punching in or out.

Web

Ticket status with Multiple Escalations — Ticket status can now be changed at properties with Multiple Escalations enabled.
Automated tickets — Automated sub-tickets now generate reliably.
Lobby page — The Lobby page now renders correctly after changing "Rows per page."
Permissions — Ticket access is now removed immediately when a role permission is removed.

*This release also includes Staff Messaging for Web and AI Ticket Creation as part of a closed alpha. Further release notes and Actabl materials will communicate availability.
