Manual Guest Entry on Mobile

You can now add guests manually directly from the Alice mobile app while creating a Guest Request. This update eliminates the need to switch to the desktop app or PMS. Simply tap the new "Add Guest" button during a search to open the manual entry sheet and keep your workflow moving.

Base Dispatch & Escalations (Closed Beta)

We’ve overhauled how Alice Service Delivery handles notifications and escalations. This foundational update ensures the right staff receive reliable alerts for specific tasks, closing communication gaps and boosting manager visibility.

• Location Groups & Active Responders: Control your task routing by mapping out specific property areas. The system assigns incoming tickets only to staff members marked as "On Duty" in those designated zones, preventing missed requests.

• Automated Escalations: Eliminate manual follow-ups with time-based rules. If an assigned staff member cannot respond within your set timeframe, the system automatically redirects the ticket to the Active Group Manager.

• Coverage Monitoring: Gain real-time visibility into your team's availability. Managers can instantly identify staffing blind spots and proactively reallocate resources to maintain high service standards.
